WINEMAKING
The Cellar Tradition Viticulture Winemaking Wines
Beginning with an exhaustive control of the vineyard, grapes are carefully harvested when they are at their optimum ripening point.
The winemaking process is carried out in stainless-steel tanks equipped with fermentation temperature control technology.
Different elaboration types will result in a wide range of wines, from the processes intended to accentuate the varietal characters to the most complex and structured wines.
Ageing is carried out in American and French oak barrels in premises equipped to control the appropriate humidity, temperature and luminosity.
